Avast agent installation, Failed access is denied - please check the remote install log for details.

in which I am failing?

So, did you check the remote install logs? ;D

AMS Console -> View -> AMS Logs -> Remote Install

Post the log here...

i had the same problem today with one pc i tried to install.

i solved the problem and let you know , what was the reason at me.

my ADNM is in the WORKGROUP XX but the PC is in WORKGROUP YY.

all was ok but this was the reason for 0x00000005.

i modified the YY in XX and runs remote install again.
it runs.

after this i changed XX to YY and all is good.

the actual error code is in your log, which is error 31....most of the error codes are common windows code... so google error 31 and see if any of those fixes help.
