Safezone browser closing actions

XP SP3

What is SafeZoneBrowser doing when you close a page. Its writing to disk like mad for a long time.
Its waisting my time actually waiting for the page to close.

How can I force it just to close and get by-?

Note:
I find it extremely difficult to make out your verification, it looks messed up.
