Strange characters on regedit entries on W10 running Avast Free

Hi,

On a W10 Pro (in English) that have been running Avast Free all the time, just found out these strange(chinese?) characters entries on regedit:

Never installed software in asian languages. Also do not know when this entries appeared
Could those entries be a sign of threat, virus that Avast didn´t detected? What steps could be taken to make sure those aren´t threats?

This is an Avast problem not related to an infection.
Did not say it was, will edit the above so you understand      :)
