Well Avast has done it again with another impressive advanced score on the av comparatives site I think thats two in a row just shows how Avast is improving and turning the tide on it's detection rates and fewer false positives well done Awil!  :)

Yes, I have read about it in other fora for some days now, but can't remember to have seen it in this forum.

The detection rates of Avast has been a topic in many threads here lately, but this test proves that the Avast-team has reason to be proud.   :)

However there is no reason to stop improving it from this point on...

From personal experience and from reading the forum, the problem still exists that the avast team doesn't seem to update the vbs file fast enough after virus samples have been sent to them.
