Set Avast to show single file results

I've searched but only found this Q from 12 years ago and no match in the General settings. Could someone please for the love of God tell me where to set Avast to show results for a scan when I right-click on a file/folder?

Once you click on details you get the following:

Not the same as it used to be but that's the way it currently works.

You won't get the notification of a contextual scan unless silent mode is disabled.
