girrrly.com/ virus, how to get AVAST to notice it and remove

Apparently I am infected with the "girrrly.com/ virus" and I use AVAST free version (all updated), and Malwarebytes Antimalware PREMIUM.
WIN 10 OS UPDATED
ACER ASPIRE ES1 NOTEBOOK PC
Mozilla Firefox UPDATED

When I log onto google calendar, gmail and the like I got a pop up blocker message from AdBlock Plus for this girrrly.com and when I search google it is a virus. Why are neither Windows Defender, AVAST or Malwarebytes finding and removing this thing which the free AdBlock Plus app can find and block?

How do I remove this thing?  Some links to solutions are merely malware themselves, interestingly. WTF?

Try run AdwCleaner   >>  https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner/

If still a problem follow step 2 (FRST) instructions here  >>  https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=194892.0

When done a malware expert will be notified and check attached diagnostic logs
