Hi, this has been going on since October. I have used avast for a few years now and really enkoyed the service, but this year I had an auto renewal for services that I have not used and did not want. I had two payments for around 50 euros and one for 40 that I didn't authorise. I have messaged avast about it and have been offered services I don't want, rather than a refund. I was then passed over to speak to someone else. When I asked for a refund or contact details for complaints department and ombudsman / the regulating body for this sector - no reply! Any help would be greatly appreciated, as money and time are critical to me just now. Thank you in advance!
