Unable to close and then relaunch SecureLine VPN

Hello,

We are unable to relaunch Avast SecureLine VPN on our MBP, Mac OS 10.13.3.

Specifically, if we quit Avast SecureLine VPN, it continues to run and is listed in Activity Monitor as process. Unless we manually close that process, we are unable to relaunch your app. Follow?

Attached, a screenshot of the process listing in Activity Monitor.

This behavior is new and reproducible.
