Was that just with Hwinfo open or were you doing other stuff?

I will let Sass Drake know you've posted pics.

I had open what I needed to do the pictures. I thought I can do it in one picture via snipping tool.

I installed zone and free firewall AFTER the troubles started, but it goes now easier; no other complained today, but the mouse indicator still moves at times by itself.

It goes pretty fast.but seldom, not regularly. No, I did not try another mouse; I live in the country and I have to mail-order it.
But i take it that nothing shows up on the files I provided tp you.

The re-start started AFTER they upgraded windows 10 last october or so; and several times they tried to restart it themselves. But every-time, just now when I came on, I have to re-start the computer to connect to the internet. And most of the time.
AFTER I start the computer I have to re-start to get connected to the internet.

It stopped freezing and shutting down especially if I watch the news France24. But it would shut down others too. A small circle used to come on and stop the video as if it was disconnected and a sound of disconnection could be heard. That's why I belief there was/is a virus.

The following will implement some post-cleanup procedures:

=> Please download DelFix by Xplode to your Desktop.
Run the tool and check the following boxes below;
Remove disinfection tools
Create registry backup
Purge System Restore

Click Run button and wait a few seconds for the programme completes his work.
At this point all the tools we used here should be gone. Tool will create an report for you (C:\DelFix.txt)

The tool will also record healthy state of registry and make a backup using ERUNT program in %windir%\ERUNT\DelFix
Tool deletes old system restore points and create a fresh system restore point after cleaning.
