online installer

When I want to do a clean install, the online installer doesn't work for me. I waited about 10 minutes, and de installation was still not completed.
The offline installer works fine. Windows 10 (64).
Any solutions?

Personally I feel that using the off-line installation file is the best way to go.  Once you install avast using that, save your copy of the off-line installation file should you ever have need to use it again.
