Avast doesn't work after reinstalling WIN

Hi Everyone,
after WIN crash I made a new WIN. On my to-do list the first point is "AVAST installing", from here I downloaded the newest version and "INSTALL". On the bottom of right corner the line goes about 20% afterthat nothing happens. I've got only 19KB in the "Program Files\Avast"
I have licenses for Avast Pro Antivirus, Avast SecureLine for PC, Avast Cleanup and Avast Password.

What can I do?

Try running a clean install - use the installers I linked.

I'd recommend running a clean install:

1.Download your version of avast and the avastclear tool - save them to the desktop:

Avast Free Antivirus
Avast Pro Antivirus
Avast Internet Security
Avast Premier

Download Avast Clear Tool

2. Uninstall Avast from Control Panel (if possible) and reboot.
3. Uninstall in safe mode using Avastclear. [Running Avastclear is normal mode will give a prompt to go into Safe Mode] - If you are unable to run Avastclear in safe mode, run it in normal mode
4. Install the version you downloaded.
5. Reboot.

Paid: If you have a paid license, insert the license key/activation code after the reboot at stage 5.
