Hi all,

I tried a 30-day trial of VPN Secureline over Christmas and received an email informing me that auto-renewal was set to occur. Upon cancelling my trial, I was offered the opportunity to continue using Secureline with a two-month free trial. However, this time around I did not receive an email notification that my subscription was set to renew. Will it be possible for me to get a refund? If so, how would I go about it? To be honest, there is nothing appearing in my bank statement at the moment, but I highly suspect that money will be taken from my account over the next few days. When I look up my order, it seems that the subscription renewed yesterday.
