help with cleanup????

So, I installed the free avast cleanup subscription. On the cleanup program it said it would email me when the subscription was close to running out so that, if I wanted, I could cancel it.
I never received an email notifying me of such, and now cleanup is saying that the subscription has expired.

I have tried cancelling the subscription, however it says that it does not recognise my email or payment details, but is still charging me 40 quid for an expired free trial from an account they do not apparently recognise.

There also appears to be no way of contacting avast directly with this problem. Any ideas?
