Couldn't Get it To Work, Trial Expired

Hi,

I went for the 7-day trial but didn't continue because:

1) It didn't seem to automatically "merge" with my Avast Internet Security (paid version) interface, and

2) I just kept getting this error (attached)

Any tips on what I can do now?
