I have Version 64.0.388.186 (Official Build) (32-bit). Checked again and said it is the latest.
Was yours an update or a new install ??? Mine was a clean install.

Clean install, first time installing this.
What version of Avast are you running ??? What version of Windows ???

Bank mode does not open .. only 32bit version ?
Here's the message I just received from one of the Avast developers:
"Thanks Bob for replying to this in the thread. Let’s see if a clean install works for that user.

The other potential issue could be that their AV could be out of date (pre 17.9)"
If the suggestions don't help, please let us know. :)

Interestingly, I had a problem with Bank Mode not wanting to initiate on one of my OS's.
A Reboot solved the issue. :)
Same thing here.  Required a reboot to get Bank Mode to open ASB.  Secure browser wasn't showing at all in Bank Mode after initial install.  There was nothing in the task bar to click.  Reboot brought ASB in the Bank Mode taskbar.

Seems default extensions only are available.  List is not extensive enough.

Suggest enabling and adding No Coin and Privacy Badger at minimum.

That's already easy enough to do:

For No Coin, Paste the following into the address bar:

When asked, Allow it and it's installed.

If you deleted video downloader then reinstall likely best option.

If you disabled video downloader then click three dots upper right>Tools>Click Extensions.  Tick box to enable Video Downloader.  Restart browser.

I don't even have that as an option, mine came with HTTPS enabled, Adblock enabled and Privacy enabled but no video downloader, I have been looking for that since downloading it.

I installed it again, I'll uninstall and do a reinstall and see if that fixes it, I got it from the link you posted. Second time it has the video downloader now. :D
