I've done a little research about this website but found nothing solid and my Avast! Online Security browser extension has no reputation record for the website. I'd just like to know if there is a way Avast! could look into the website to see if it is legitimate or some kind of scam. Any help or tips is appreciated.

The website is presented as potentially safe: https://www.scamvoid.com/check/turbovote.org/
The website is affiliated to markmonitor (Google) - in the Google Cloud.
Registrar URL: http://www.tucows.com
But no content is being returned from that Netlify server. I get a 404:
https://aw-snap.info/file-viewer/?protocol=not-secure&tgt=TurboVote.org&ref_sel=GSP2&ua_sel=ff&fs=1

The IP is mentioned in a ransomeware tracker report: https://ransomwaretracker.abuse.ch/ip/104.198.14.52/
Probably the reason for no content being returned.
