Avast not recognising my subscription

For some months, I haven't been able to get my subscription recognised ...

Tried the steps, here - https://support.avast.com/en-au/article/86/
Even wiped the phone and reinstalled.

Would like some help.

Thanks, you had a licence from 2014, which have caused us some issues lately. Please find a new activation code in your inbox ;)

Much thanks after about six months trying to get this fixed, including emails to support and posts in the beta area.

BTW: In My.Avasy.com, it shows the AntiVirus as not installed.

Also, the captcha is nearly impossible to read

Mike, please try to reconnect your device to the account:
- open the app → tap on Menu → Avast Account → Disconnect → Sign out
- select exactly the same method for login you use on my.avast.com (with Google, Facebook, or E-mail)
- follow on-screen instructions to link the app to your My Avast Account
