Avast Business on Server / Logmein

Hello all,
Just installed Avast Business on our 2008 R2 server.
Everything works fine except when we install the Avast antivirus on the server.
Then logmein will not work correctly.
It does on the computers on the network but just not the server.
What do I need to do to fix this?

The server template settings are a different group of settings to workstations.  Maybe there is a setting that is different?  Do you have firewall exceptions in place?
