Please help me.

Hi I was wondering if anyone can help me.

My bank account has been charged £49.99 for an auto renewal that I didnt know was going to happen (I just use the free version). To contact avast I need my order number but I haven't received any confirmation email with the order number which is required in the form to contact them. I cannot contact avast for a refund!

I cant find a UK phone number to call and I even tried calling digital river which handles the transactions and a very rude lady sent me to a dead line. I did not want this software and only put in my card details because I was told I had to in order to keep using for free (Im an idiot I know). My bank wont even do anything about it unless I have contacted avast first which I cant. I just want my money back and then I will leave this horrible service forever. Please please can someone help me?
