Avast Business Cloud Management Console 5.7 has just been released today (23rd May). This release delivers a new feature and bug fixes. You will be notified when the release has occurred upon logging into your Avast Cloud Management Console.
Competitive Antivirus Removal:
- Remove Competitive Antivirus Products setting is now available in the “Download antivirus” setup page. If this setting is checked, and then the installer file is downloaded, once the installer has run, it will locate Antivirus products that may be installed on the device and automatically/silently remove them before the install of Avast.
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed issue with some devices not receiving settings based on what group they belong.
- Fixed issue with XML import showing an error message due to licenses not matching.
- Notification emails using SMTP configurations from certain ISPs has been resolved.
- Fixed issue with Server Error message appearing when trying to change the report time zone.
- Fixed issue when trying to create task from Quick Scan result.
- Improved compatibility with latest Chrome Browser version.
