Something is on my machine and I can't get rid of iy, please help

Something got past Avast Premier and Malwarebytes and the main reason I know this is because I can't access search on Google.
I left Avast running all last night and it came up with `IDP Generic` and the problem with google is I keep getting the following message-

When I try to run CATCHA to prove I'm human it just runs and runs and never changes anything and I can't access the search, I'm partially sighted so I can't be sure I'm hitting the right images 'cos the pictures are too small so I desperately need your help to find out what's going om.
I would even reinstall Windows but I bought this laptop with Win 10 on it and I don't have a clue what the serial number is, so please can someone help me.

It's unlikely anything got past two separate AV's unless you were going to some hardcore dark web sites.  Google does put that page up periodically, again when you are doing something unusual like searching for malicious things, i.e., keygens, licenses, or porn, or anything illegal.  Once you put the captcha in that screen should go away.

Now on to your real issue... the captcha may not be displaying because of many reasons.  What browser are you using?  Are you blocking active x?  Are you blocking cookies?  Are you blocking IP Addresses?  Do you have flash installed?  Do you have an ad blocker installed?  A lot of things will stop the captcha from generating.
