No Shortcuts page (& other missing features) in SecureBrowser

Hello,
Just installed SecureBrowser.

What became of the Shortcuts new tabs page that was the home page of SafeZone? This feature was main reason the why I used SafeZone apart from the security features. I am so disappointed to see that it is not part of Secure Brower and that is has been replaced with a shortcut icon on the bookmarks toolbar which is a further click away and harder to navigate.

Also missing is "recently closed tabs" icon that was at the top and side toolbar on the Shortcut tab (for bookmarks, history, extensions, downloads settings) which were so very useful. I hope when I close the last tab the browser isn't going to close like Chrome does -  a very annoying feature - instead of opening a new tab.

The whole look and feel SafeZone was far superior to SecureBrowser which really looks just like Chrome.

Is it safe to use the Speed Dial 2 New tab extension (for Chrome) with SecureBrowser? If not, is there any other extension available that has this functionality?

You'll need to agree to bypass the warning. You also need to realize that the more extensions you add, the more resources the Secure Browser will be using.

What a shame that it is no longer a built in feature.
I had about 140 shortcuts that I regularly use for my research and now I have a very long and difficult to navigate list in the shortcuts folder. It will take sometime to set up SpeedDial but it looks like it is my only option.

Yes, thanks, I have found Recently Closed under history but the set up in SafeZone was so much better. SafeZone had some unique features that made it stand out from the crowd. Now it is seems just like Chrome with AdBlock built-in - a step backward rather than forward.

Sorry in my earlier post I mis-typed and wrote 40 shortcuts but I have now corrected this to 140. With SafeZone, these were all in rows with large easily recognisable icons on the New Tabs page and I had grouped them into topics so that they were easy to find. Now I have 140 in a list with a barely visible icon and I am frequently finding that I have to open the Bookmark manager to search for a shortcut that in SafeZone was right at my finger tips. So my tasks are now rather laborious.

PS I have at least got used to the having to open a new tab so that the browser doesn't close when I close all the other tabs....

If you look at my Bookmarks Bar, you'll notice folders:

Each folder contains many shortcuts:

Set up your own folder groups and put your favorites in there.
It may not be the same as SZB but it's certainly usable once you get more used to it.
