HTTP: RouterCSRF-B

Hi There,
one of our clients is using Avast anti-virus, when they are doing some activity they got the below error,
we've safely aborted connection on kmapp.....com. Because it was infected with HTTP: RouterCSRF-B.
can you please guide us what is the cause of the error, is because of the site? network? or router?
