Why for Bob only :-\ he'll say what anyone else would and that is you need to bring it up on the Avira forum and run their removal tool.

It's not in my programs
It doesn't have to be in your programs to still be running in the background.
Just run the removal tool. It will clear out the leftover stuff. It can't do any harm to your system.

I used the removal tool and when I restarted my computer it would not come on.   I had a neighbor come here and fix it.

This didn't show up anywhere on my computer but ran a smart scan and it found this. Avast removed it.
