So my wife & I both spent $30 each to protect our androids, she had already been hacked through fb & her google account. After installing ultimate, it was hacked as well. They constantly change her passwords & even phone settings. Yesterday she changed phones, phone number and gmail account, and deactivated fb, only to wake up this morning to see her password changed again. Straighttalk, nor google can't/won't do anything to help. What other options are there? What is the purpose of Avast if it can't help? What other actions can be implemented?
