Avast Mac Antivirus detected a mod with a virus....

Hello, i just want to let you know.

I feel so worried about the mod had a virus... And i'm trying to update the antivirus and then i get the error message:

Authorization Failed. You don't have permission to save the file "501" in the folder "elevation".

Someone will help me to fix the issue?

Hi Jericho,

Can you provide any detail on this? Are you trying to uninstall the mod or remove Avast?

Hello Mr. Jericho,

this issue could arise when reinstalling OS or upgrading the OS with previous versions of Avast installed. We have just released version 13.10 that fixes this issue. Another option is to reinstall older version of Avast.
