Getting alerts every 10 minutes on the dot from this. It's been happening since Sunday, and no amounts of scanning is showing what is causing this to go off.

Attached is the expected files, as well as a screenshot of the alert.

Hi RBlinker and welcome to the Avast forum. Is your ISP Time Warner Cable Internet LLC because domain which Avast blocks belongs to them?

My ISP is Spectrum, which I'm pretty sure belongs to or at least was Time Warner Cable.

According to FRST logs your PC is malware free. Avast might have false positive but you can try switching to OpenDNS:

https://support.opendns.com/hc/en-us/articles/228007207-Windows-10-Configuration

Alternatives are Google DNS with addresses "8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4" or CloudFlare "1.1.1.1".

Please write here if you switched to other DNS and what is situation with Avast.

Seems to have cleared up; no pop up alerts in the half hour since I switched to OpenDNS.
