problem in inserting license

hello

today i refreshed my pc bcoz i was feeling it was slow. so i again reinstalled avast in my pc. whenever i insert license in my avast then avast still doesn't upgrades to avast premier.it still shows free avast 365 days. also i dont see any error while inserting license. what is the problem?

thank you it worked now. it worked after trying several times. it worked after 14 to 16 times
