Is there a way besides the web form to get ahold of anyone with avast? I've tried twice this week (Wed and today) and got no response from them. Our licenses are supposed to auto-renew but every machine is getting a popup a couple times a day saying you license is about to expire renew. I don't remember getting this last year before it renewed.

Do I have to just wait the five days a pray it auto-renews and then try to get ahold of them again? This seems really stupid.

Interesting, most users want direction on disabling 'auto renewal'.
If you're set up to auto renew then I suspect the process will complete.
When will your current license expire?

If you submitted a support ticket, response is around 3 'business' days and submitting more then once put at the back again.

Welp, the popup says that our security ends in 24 hours.. OVER a week of sending DAILY emails through the web form and NO response at all.  >:(

Does this company even want us as customers?
