I'd try running the same scan with scan sensitivity set to Normal followed by a system reboot. If it reports the same after reboot then you could have an issue and could submit the file to avast. Report back either way.

Rebooted, scanned (same scan but sensitivity set to normal) and no issues were found. So it's a false positive, right?
