I have notice on many of my company clients that their file shield is turned off on their Workstation but in the Web UI its shows that it's online. is this a bug thats affecting this? Is it actually working if not is there a fix? I have uninstalled Avast with the remover and reinstalled from a fresh installation download and still shows file shield is offline an unable to turn on stays off.
