Hi, this is expected behavior if you had Avast installed before. If you wish to resolve this issue, repair Avast from Control Panel. Otherwise this error should disappear with following program update.

I have the same problem, "Repair" does NOT fix it, and I've started a new post at https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=222247.0  .
Various Dell Optiplexes running XP Pro SP3 32-bit, Win 7 Pro SP1 64-bit and Win 10 Pro 64-bit.  Firefox with security add-ons.
