Payment authorization failed

Maybe someone can help me with Payment authorization failed error ?
I tried with 2 different card make that payment, first one was mastercard, another was was credit card.
I want to try that "60 days for free", but i allways get Payment authorization failed..

At the end of 30 days, the product converts to a free version.
