How to disable promotional/expiration popups?
« on: October 28, 2018, 03:36:06 PM »
I keep getting popups informing my Avast products (cleanup premium/secureline VPN/etc) have expired, recommending a reactivation. How do I disable them?

If you don't intend to purchase those products, remove then from your Avast installation.
Open the Avast User Interface then select Menu > Settings > General > Component.
Under Privacy, you can remove SecureLine. Under Performance, you can remove Cleanup.
