Avast Internet Security Keeps Asking For Payment

I have bought Avast Internet Security and can see from the menu that I have successfully activated the license. However, when I click 'Resolve' after issues are highlighted, I'm just sent to a purchase page again.  Please advise

You can disable the ads in the paid versions: Avast GUI -> Settings -> Privacy

In addition and to be more accurate , the issues that are highlighted in your case cannot be solved by avast internet security but by another paid product avast (cleanup) , that's why you see another purchase page.
So , if you don't want that , you must follow the procedure given by Asyn at least for the information not to come back all the time.
