Need help with something

Hello.

A few days ago, I downloaded Avast Internet Security and Cleanup Premium, and paid for license subscription.

However, I found out just today that those subs were automatically refunded without me doing anything to manually cancel the subs.

I need help finding out why, given that I've still got those licenses showing up in those programs.

Can anyone here help me?
