Re-activate Avast PWs after re-install onto new HDD

A new HDD in my Macbook Pro; how do I login to my Avast Passwords account? I can find no way of doing this.

If you are trying to login in order to get access to the logins you have saved in the cloud, please check the instructions in this guide for synchronizing subsequent devices: https://support.avast.com/en-ww/article/Synchronize-Passwords-across-devices
