Avast for Business (free) legacy user can't login to console

Greetings,

I am representing a business which has used Avast for Business free for some time now.

I became their managed IT provider approximately a year ago. When they switched to me, they requested all of their account information from the previous IT company to which the previous IT company never complied with providing any information.

I am having an issue with the Avast Firewall enabling itself on a laptop after I've asked it to cease. I now realize that I need access to the console to make this change effective.

Who would I, or the business owner, need to communicate with? I've tried to reset the password with the two possible emails that the account was setup with and haven't received any email to reset the password.

Thank you for any assistance you can provide.
