Would it be possible to add new column in Chest that would reflect whether file was already successfully sent to Alwil labs or not?
This way it would be much easier to organize files plus it would help users from sending same files twice by mistake since you'd be able to see it's submission status. BitDefender and VBA32 are using this feature and it's pretty cool.
