I have Avast mobile security multi ultimate.
My landlord has been hacking my phone. I have found logs, key loggers that I don't know how to remove. He spies on me with my camera, he's very smart and I know it's him. He is the Network owner and he gets in and I'm sure has a ton of GitHub programs in here. Please help!!! I also have found that he has taken control of most everything on my phone. There is a new Access Point APK that is called Service. It's greyed out so I can't delete it. Also he has blocked me from being able to to change my prefferences. I'm lost. Please help!!

Hi, the VPN SecureLine should help. If you have any problems with the app, please see the FAQ on https://support.avast.com/en-eu/article/Mobile-SecureLine-VPN-FAQ, or add more details of how it doesn't "stay on all the time".
Could you share more about the keylogger - how did you find out? And what do you mean by the Access Point APK called Service? A few screenshots might be helpful.
However, what you are describing definitely is a breach of the law and you should report it to the authorities/police.
