No SMS reception

14 days ago I installed Avast Mobile Security free. At that time there was a protection option SMS protection. Now I can not receive any more text messages and I suspect that this will be blocked by Avast. But in the settings for protection is no longer an option to turn off the SMS protection. I uninstalled Avast, reinstalled, nothing. SMS reception is not possible. For verification, I have sent me a text message. Also this did not arrive. An SMS to another phone arrived.

Problem solved. The error was with the provider. After changing provider everything works fine. I'm sorry I suspected the mistake with Avast.
