Is VPN working ???

I,ve been using Avast Secure line VPN now for a couple of weeks thinking I'm safe. But today I opened google maps to look at a trip I planning to do in a few weeks time only to see my exact location shown on the screen. My VPN is ON and my suggested position is at least 60 miles away.

Now I'm nor sure if I'm safe or not when using online banking etc.

Your issue may not have anything to do with Avast SecureLine.

Do you have GoogleMap app installed and/or Google Location Sharing enabled?

If GPS is active, you can't truly hide your location.
