Smartscan blocks at 96 percent in network threats

my smartscan is running only to 96 percent in networt threats. how proceed?

he ist not blocking but still going on running to 96 percent.

after about 5 hours it finished "correctly".

Try restarting your system one or two times to see if that fixes things.
