Avast detection Bug

Avast detects this file on right click and scanning it but the shields dont detect it when it is executed.
https://www.virustotal.com/en/file/071cd5b44adf9a783f548c084ac305771b8508e78e2df9292ceee7f5c7687d22/analysis/
This seems to be a case with alot of binaries where avast has just got a signature for it.Shields dont exactly pick it up right away.
EDIT: I just got behaviour shield detection while executing it...weird! why should behaviour shield detect it now when there is a signature (wasnt being detected before)
