Avast Down and Won't Restart after Latest Windows Update

My Avast won't run at all and it seems to have happened after the Windows 10 update I just installed. I've tried downloading and re-installing to no avail. I'm going to now try and uninstall and re-install and see if that works.

Tried everything, even uninstall, which won't even work. Something must have happened with that latest Windows 10 update.

remove it like this and reboot berfore you try reinstall
