So, you're okay with increasing the annoyance level of you pushing products on us. I am not.

Most recently, you updated something and had me hit an okay button - little did I know, you had little tiny tiny tiny check boxes set up, such that Google Chrome infested my system. I had to stop my work, and spend the time to uninstall that thing. Thanks, I had nothing better to do anyway.

I'm one step away from deleting your software entirely from my machine. STOP IT! Stop being assholes.

If Google can't get people to install Chrome willingly, then maybe people hate them and or their browser. Maybe, Google could return to not being evil again. At least, Avast can choose not to be evil all on their own. Yes, Avast can, do that.

Agree completely. It's not enough that Chrome has market saturation the likes of which we haven't seen since IE6, it is never okay to install bundleware.

Best advice, always use custom install not default whenever you install anything on your system.

I don't believe the Install Google Chrome element is that small, the checkbox might be small but it is a part of the much larger section (taking up about 1/3 of the screen.

See attached image and that has been reduced in size to 751 x 501 about 2/3 the size of the full window.

This example I got after an avast free program update, you could well get during a new installation (lower part of the 1st screen).  But it isn't that small, personally I'm against preselected options for opt-in, that should be up to the user.

If you had done a Custom Install or better still Minimal protection install, the Mail Shield wouldn't have been checked.
