To enable the "home" button, please visit the page secure://settings/ - this will will open the Secure Browser's settings page.
Scroll down to the "Appearance" section, and click "Show home button".
The button will appear to the left of the address bar. You can also choose here what the home page does - either open the new tab page, or enter a web address that you would like the home button to open.
