Hi Dawid47,
we would like to ask you to capture xperf logs and upload it to analysis.

1) Download xperf or wpa package it is win dependent so if you have win 10 download xperf for win 10 !
Here is a link https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2086042 and in "Select the featires you want to install" dialog keep checked only Windows Performance Toolkit !!

2) Start cmd as admin and type to start profiling:
xperf.exe -on DiagEasy+DISPATCHER+Profile -stackwalk profile+CSwitch+ReadyThread -start user -on 72AA3505-D4D6-4527-A088-92534DA1082C

3) Induce the issue !

4) Stop profiling
xperf.exe -stop user -stop -d _merged.etl

5) Zip _merged.etl file as Dawid47_5_2019.zip and upload it  to ftp://ftp.avast.com/incoming

Thank you for report.
