At the recent Defcon meeting in Las Vegas Offensivecomputing demonstrated their malware database. The database opens for "registered users"a possibility to upload a piece
of suspicious software to be analyzed by the community behind the website.
They use advanced tools like IDA and the Sabre Security toolset. Offensivecomputing's mission is to achieve the larget public library of malware.
