Now for the Fate of the gateway. It will not be taken apart by me. Im going to donate it to my curch (their computers are Power Macs with 233Mhz processors)

You're probably already ahead of me on this point -- but don't forget to purge ("super-delete") the drive before you give it away.  Too many nightmares going around, some even in the news, about people who overlooked that.

mike, Im on top of it  Power Quest has software that does what they call a secure wipe to the hard drive I told it to wipe it 5 times to be sure to get every thing. But all of my valuable data is on the G5
